How far in advance should I book?
We accept reservations up to 24 months in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak season events (May through October). Popular items can be reserved quickly, so early planning ensures you get exactly what you need.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We offer three delivery tiers to fit your needs: Standard Delivery (scheduled within a delivery day), Premium Delivery (2-hour arrival window), and Exact Time Delivery (30-minute arrival window). All tiers include professional handling and placement at your venue.
Can I request a specific delivery and pickup time?
Yes. We offer three delivery window options — Standard Delivery (scheduled within a delivery day), Premium Delivery (2-hour arrival window), and Exact Time Delivery (30-minute arrival window). Specific delivery and pickup times are confirmed in your rental contract.
Do you offer setup services?
Yes. Full setup and breakdown services are available as a paid add-on for any rental order. Our team will arrange furniture and decor according to your floor plan and specifications, and return after the event for full teardown and removal.
How does the booking process work?
Browse our collection online or schedule a showroom visit. Submit a quote request with your event details, and our team will prepare a detailed proposal within 24 hours. Once you approve the quote, secure your reservation with a 50% retainer. We handle delivery, setup, and teardown from there.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% retainer is required to secure your items and event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. For corporate clients, alternative payment schedules may be available upon request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, checks, ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers. Corporate clients may also use purchase orders and invoice billing with approved credit terms.
How long is the rental period?
The standard rental period is 24 hours, which covers delivery, your event, and next-day pickup. Extended rental periods are available upon request for multi-day events, festivals, or installations. Additional days are prorated.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Reservations can be rescheduled within 6 months for unforeseen circumstances such as weather or venue changes. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund. Please review our full cancellation policy or contact our team for details.
What types of events do you serve?
We serve all event types including weddings, corporate conferences, galas, product launches, private celebrations, holiday parties, brand activations, and more. Whether you are planning for 20 guests or 2,000, we have the inventory and logistics to support your event.
What is your service area?
We serve the entire DMV region including Washington DC, Maryland (Bethesda, Rockville, Silver Spring, Annapolis, Baltimore, Frederick, and beyond), and Virginia (Arlington, Alexandria, McLean, Tysons, Fairfax, Reston, Loudoun County, and more). Delivery fees vary by distance from our North Bethesda warehouse.
